UNITED NATIONS, New York -- Giandomenico Picco, special representative of United Nations Secretary General Kofi Annan, in a message to the Head of the International Center for Dialogue Among Civilizations, Ataollah Mohajerani, expressed UN's readiness to advance the objectives of the center.

In his message, Picco also congratulated Mohajerani on his new appointment as presidential advisor and head of the center.
